Standard Quality Control & Testing
Our Quality Control verifies all processes from material receipt to final customer inspection including liaison with approved Third Party inspection and certifying authorities where required. All products are supplied with certified test reports, which include chemical physical analysis and hydrostatic pressure tests. NDT and other specified tests are included in the final certification, if requested. Standard testing is carried out in full compliance with the API , BS, AS, DIN standards applicable to the manufacturing specifications. GA drawings, hydrostatic shell & leakage tests plus mechanical and chemical analysis certificates supplied in accordance with EN10204.3.1.
Pressure Testing
All valves are high pressure hydrostatic tested on body, seat, back seat and low pressure air tested on seat to relevant shut off class. Testing is performed to API 598 or API 6D or other applicable standard such as MSS. Furthermore all valves are visually inspected to MSS-SP55.
Special Testing
Special product testing includes high pressure gas testing, low temperature cryogenic testing, body and stem helium leakage testing, endurance testing, bending testing and high temperature testing. Other specifically dedicated procedures are available and can be performed on request according to our customers’ specifications.

- Sales Engineering Office: Our team of sales engineers are devoted to the appraisal of RFQs, valve & Pump selection and sizing, study and submittal of technical – commercial quotations. Clarification and sales support.
- Project Expediting: This central task is under the responsibility of our Project Coordinator who is responsible to plan all project milestones as well as ensuring that every department honours their commitments. It always starts with a Kick Off Meeting, which ensures non-interrupted expediting until project completion.
- Engineering Design and Documentation: A dedicated team working with engineering documentation for example Quality Plan, Inspection and Test Plan, Drawings, Tag List..; as well as uploading the documentation onto the customers E-Platform.
- Delivery From Stock : Experience has taught us that stock is an essential part of any project philosophy. Consequently, we have invested heavily in a large inventory to ensure we can provide security of supplies at short notice. In addition, we have built partnerships with distributors and short lead time factories across the world to enhance our service capability., as well as fast track manufacturing to order while offering the flexibility of performing modifications to standard designs to include actuation, extension spindles, special ends, seats and coatings etc.
- Tests & Inspections: Coordination of notifications for inspection, dealing with surveyors, issuing reports and coordinating the RN approval from customer. Booking shipments for international destinations through forwarders.
- Workshop / Manufacture: Tasks are comprehensive of the following: Product assembly, tests, adjustment, valve specialties, painting, degreasing, sealing, The whole process until products are ready at our dispatch bay.
- Logistics: Our specialized workers take care of Preservation of equipment, labelling, shipping marks, packing before shipment and coordination with forwarders for international shipments.
- After Market: start up and commissioning supervision, technical claims and valve overhauling, repairs, plant revamping and guarantee management.
- Administration and Finances: An experienced department handles the invoicing according to the contractual milestones including all Guarantee Bonds and accounting.
