Pressure Gauge
SS Case Bourdon Pressure Gauge (SP)
The SS Case Bourdon Pressure Gauge (SP) model is designed for measuring pressure in tough conditions, for example in chemical manufacturing plants. This gauge offers glycerin filling as an option. The glycerin fill ensures ease of readability even in applications with high vibration levels and extreme loads. Glycerin lubricates the gauge internals and also protects the gauge from wear and tear. The fully welded construction guarantees long service life and stable operation of the gauge, along with tried and tested safety.
- Compliance with the latest EN837-1
- Protection to IP67
- Accuracy class ±1.0% of FS
- Stainless steel casing
- Dry or liquid-filled version
- The welded design coupled with a modular construction system allows for best-in-class ingress protection.
- High reliability and long service life.

Schaffer Diaphragm Pressure Gauge (SH)
Pressure Gauge
The Shaffer (SH) model process pressure gauge is designed to meet the stringent demands of low-pressure measurements in tough conditions. Built with corrosion resistant high-grade stainless steel, it is suitable to operate in adverse environments and with corrosive media.
- Designed to meet the stringent demands of low-pressure measurements
- Best-in-class ingress protection
- Available sizes: 4″ (100mm), 6″ (150mm) Ranges 0 to 250 mm Wc up to 6000 mimic
- Relatively high actuating force
- The annular clamped diaphragm is extensively insensitive to vibrations

SS Case Capsule Pressure Gauge (SC)
Pressure Gauge
The SC model pressure gauges with capsule-type elements are used to measure small positive and negative gauge pressures in gaseous media. The element consists of two diaphragm elements soldered together. When subjected to pressure, the diaphragm below the element expands by a precise amount. This expansion is converted by a movement into the rotary motion of the pointer.
- Usage in very low gauge pressure and Vacuum range.
- Corrosion Resistance
- Zero Adjustable
- Accuracy class 2,0% of FS Standard
- Casing, Stainless Steel 304 Standard
- Applicable for Pharmaceutical Industries, Leak testing facilities, air-conditioning, Food Process Industries /
- Hygienic Applications, Filters, Status monitoring applications, etc.

Temperature Gauge (TG BM)
Temperature Gauge
The Bimetallic Temperature Gauge operates based on the coefficient of thermal expansion of metals. The bi-metal coil is manufactured from two cold-welded metal strips with different thermal expansion coefficients, which rotate in proportion to temperature. The rotary movement is conveyed to the pointer via a frictionless assembly. A comprehensive range of the standard version facilitates a variety of applications and uses. Adhering to the EN13190 standard, the design and construction of the bimetallic temperature gauge offers a robust and reliable means of temperature measurement with quick response time.
- Compliance with the latest EN13190
- Standard ranges : 0 to 50°C up to 400°C
- Overload capacity of 130% of FSD
- Ingress protection to IP68 4” & 6” models
- Accuracy class: tolerance class 1 as per EN13190
- Stainless steel casing
- External zero adjustments (optional)

Temperature Gauge (TG GF)
Temperature Gauge
The Gas Filled Dial Thermometer consists of a stem, capillary, and bourdon tube in a case. These parts are connected to form a unit. The complete measuring system is filled with an inert gas such as nitrogen, as standard, under pressure. A temperature change causes the internal pressure and volume in the stem to change. The deflection of the bourdon tube thus caused is transmitted to the pointer by a movement. A bimetallic element is fitted in between the movement and bourdon tube to compensate for fluctuations of ambient temperature at the case. An extensive range of the standard version facilitates a variety of applications. In addition, special customized versions are also available.,under pressure.
- Compliance with the latest EN13190
- Standard range: 50ºC to 600ºC
- Overload capacity of 130 % of FSD
- Protection to IP67
- Accuracy class: tolerance class 1 as per EN 13190
- Stainless steel casing

Thermowells (TW)
Temperature Gauge
Thermowells in conductive materials are used to separate the thermometer from the media. A thermowell is particularly recommended for applications in high-pressure media. In addition, thermowells protect the thermometers from aggressive media and facilitate the replacement of the thermometer without disturbing the media or process. An extensive range of standard versions is available for a variety of applications. In addition, thermowells are available in special materials and customised dimensions.
- Screw-fitted and welded versions
- Suitable for aggressive media
- Variety of standard materials: copper alloys, steel and stainless steel
- Available in a wide range of dimensions and materials for different applications
- Special materials are dimensions
